The Deming Headlight: Luna County OKs affordable housing ordinance

DEMING — Two of the three Luna County commissioners met in regular session on Nov. 16, with Commissioner Ray Trejo absent.

County Manager Chris Brice said the county did not have plans to build or manage affordable housing projects. “There are entities that do that,” he said, such as the Tierra del Sol housing corporation.
